If you’re unco-ordinated, having to to a mime performance kind of totally helps! What I used to do to relief my Back Pain or to just have fun when I was at my friend’s house is to use that giant ball I don’t know whats it’s name and for some reason it had a good effect on my back. It’s like my back was being cured and massaged from the inside out. I don’t really like doing a lot of physical exercise at home tho. Maybe I’ll give it a shot someday. But I just tried Yoga with Adriene and loved it.
